Climate Belgium

Climate Europe

Due to its direct location on the North Sea, Belgium has a predominantly temperate maritime climate. In the summers it becomes pleasantly warm and in the winters not too cold. Only in the Ardennes the temperature differences are bigger and in winter you can expect permafrost and snowfall. From June to August the maximum temperatures are usually between 18 and 22 degrees. The coldest month is January. Most rainy days are from November to January and in March.

The best time for a beach holiday is from June to August. January and February are the best months for a winter holiday in the Ardennes.
