Climate Cape Verde Islands
The Cape Verde Islands have a temperate climate under the influence of the year-round blowing north-eastern trade wind. Throughout the year it is quite dry and pleasantly warm. The average temperature ranges from 24 degrees in January to just under 30 degrees in August. The water is on average 22 degrees warm. Rain falls mainly from August to October. The precipitation varies from island to island and from year to year, but large amounts of rain do not come together.
The best travel time is October to June.
