Singapore is characterized by a tropical warm climate. Due to its immediate location on the equator, there are no seasons in Singapore in contrast to Europe. The average temperature throughout the year is between 26 and 28 degrees. During the day around 31 degrees are reached and at night around 24 degrees. The relative humidity during the day is usually 80 to 85 percent and can rise to up to 100 percent at night. The annual precipitation is around 2150 mm. The most violent thunderstorms are typically in the late afternoon and early evening.

Singapore can be visited all year round. It is tropical warm all year round and there is some heavy rainfall. The majority of holidaymakers travel to Singapore between March and September.
